When you join an ACT – Adventure Tour, you agree to follow internationally recognized motorcycle riding standards, similar to those in the UK, USA, Europe, and Australia.

Wearing a helmet is mandatory by law in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. Safety is our top priority, and we do not support reckless or irresponsible riding.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable tour for everyone, please follow these key rules:

• Never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Do not overtake on corners, blind hills, or across solid/double lines.
• Avoid overtaking on the inside shoulder (berm).

These rules are based on common sense and should already be part of your normal riding habits.

If a rider is found to be riding in a reckless or unsafe manner, they will receive a warning. If unsafe behavior continues despite instructions from the tour guides, we reserve the right to remove the rider from the tour without a refund.
